Gregoire signs Seattle viaduct bill

Gregoire also heads to Grays Harbor College on Wednesday to sign a bill spending $620 million on pontoons for a new Highway 520 floating bridge. Sites in Aberdeen and Hoquiam are under consideration for the project.
