Former home health agency gives proceeds to scholarships

Charter College coming, classes start in March

…  students start at the certificate level of whichever program they choose, then they roll up into the associate degree level, and finally to the bachelor-degree level. … Charter College certificate and degree programs are accelerated …  student can enter the school with no college credits and finish a bachelor's degree in 27 months. … Tuition, which includes books, supplies and fees, ranges from about $15,000 for most certificate programs to about $61,000 for bachelor programs.
