New Tri-City dropout program should save kids
Fast Forward is a program designed to help high school dropouts figure out the best way to get them back into school and then support them once they get there. It's for people ages 16 to 21, and schools throughout the Tri-Cities have signed on as partners, along with Columbia Basin College and United Way.
