Tomorrow night at the Bishop Center, Grays Harbor College will award 260 degrees. The ceremony starts at 7 p.m. and the school has drawn a big name to deliver the commencement address — Gov. Chris Gregoire.

Cashmere Lowery … graduated from the Seattle Vocational Institute, a program offered by Seattle Central Community College, where he focused in cosmetology. Fast on the heels of his graduation, he enrolled in SCCC for an Associate of Arts in Business, which he will begin in the fall.
