Clover Park Technical College to close as workers take furlough day

Clover Park Technical College employees will take their first state-mandated furlough day Friday. The Lakewood campus will be completely closed, with no teaching or office staff scheduled to work.

Snow days in forecast for winter

Perhaps you've never seen an episode of NBC's 'Community', now in its second season (quite likely, since the show is criminally underrated), but if you only watch one Halloween episode this year, you should make it this one (8:30 p.m. NBC).  Besides, this episode has zombies, and Ken Jeong in skintight Spandex; what more could you ask for from a TV show?
